What should I wear to my trial class?
Comfortable athletic clothing is perfect. We provide loaner uniforms, but you're welcome to wear shorts/pants and a t-shirt for your first class.
Do I need any prior experience?
Absolutely not! Our trial classes are perfect for complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you through everything.
Can my child try a class with me?
Yes! We welcome families to try classes together. Just let us know the ages of all participants when you sign up.
How long is a trial class?
Trial classes are full-length classes, typically 45-60 minutes depending on the program and age group.
Is there any sales pressure after the trial?
Never. We believe in letting our programs speak for themselves. We'll be happy to answer questions about membership, but only if you're interested.
